Engagements
Production and development work begins only after a written scope, schedule and fee have been agreed by both parties. Estimates remain valid for 30 days.
Ownership
Unless stated otherwise in a signed agreement, final delivered assets transfer to the client on full payment. Development materials created inside Talent Connect remain the mentee's property.
Cancellation
Shoots cancelled within 72 hours of the call time remain chargeable at 50% to cover crew and equipment holds.
